A New Year’s Mood Gallery

It takes several days to have everything in place for a special occasion. The last few hours are critical, challenging and exhilarating all at once. We are tired by then, but also uplifted by the atmosphere of camaraderie and from the anticipation of taking part in a festive moment, being of service and witnessing people sit back, relax and enjoy a special meal in good company; a moment away from their daily routine.

We have a ritual of sorts. During the last moments, after hours of hard work, the chef brings out a few appetizers for the crew to nibble on. This sharing of a few bites further sets the mood. It also acquaints us with special dishes so that we may better describe them. The ones featured below are good examples of appetizers you might consider for a catered event.

Here is a glimpse at the dining room within the hour before we began to serve New Year’s Eve dinner. We went for a classic look, with a few sparkles. Additional color and atmosphere poured in with the arrival of dinner guests, and with their selection of dishes. If you were here, we hope you enjoyed your meal and the mood of the evening. And we thank you for dining with us on this special occasion.
