As mentioned with sample menus one and two, we cater many dinners and events throughout the year, from weddings to family reunions and corporate events.
The next sample menu, in our series of four, was submitted for a noshing party and ceremony dinner. “Noshing” is a word of Yiddish origin meaning “to eat sweets” or “to nibble.” It is thus associated with partaking of a light meal. Each menu proposal is put together following in-depth conversation with the clients regarding their specific needs and tastes. Please call us at 802-644-8100 for details or to discuss your event.
